Superdrug

Cant thank enough staff member Daisy. I walked into the store and security alarm went off the only store I had been in was Sainsburys. Daisy was so helpful she asked do you mind if I check your items and scanned through her machine. Sure enough Sainsbury hadnt taken the security block of my clothing. Daisy made sure I wouldn't be embarrassed in other shop. Good customer service as she served me in the store too packed my items separately so they wouldn't ruin my clothing.

Store was not presentable like the other in same high street, overall it's ok and customer service was not that great as well.

Went to get hair spray and cod liver oil capsules. Both were 3 for the price of 2. Only 2 people in front of me in the queue so didn't have to wait too long.

Situated on the main High Street, super drug is easily accessible for anyone with a physical disability and stocks a vast array of make up, toiletries and chemist items. It is well laid out and staff are friendly and helpful both with directing customers to products and with questions about make up etc. Tills are well staffed and even a short wait elicits an apology upon reaching the front of the queue. Staff are not pushy about taking up offers at till points and keep one updated of any points one might have to spend if one has a loyalty card. Staff went out of their way to find me an alternative freebie when I bought some make up and the actual freebie had run out. Prices are competitive and deals useful.

Let's start with the positives, a good all round cheap shop for toiletries, kitchen cleaners, make-up and such goods. Always got some deals on to cut your shopping bill a tad and make life that little bit easier.However this is the third shop today where all around the tills and queuing area there is sweets and confectionary that will help with the epidemic in obesity, the rise of childhood diabetes, the rise in certain cancers whilst making a tidy profit for the company shareholders.Parents take their kids shopping and every shop appears to be bombarding the checkout isles and queue areas with poor health inducing confectionery. This has to stop, you give it the all about customer care (care line etc.) But you are using these tactics to get people to spend more money and increase the risk of disease in themselves and their children. Take responsibility and make your actions count. This is beyond a joke.

My neighbour, East European disabled guy who doesn't speak well English, asked me to help him to buy top pup for his phone. I kindly agreed to help him. We walked in to Superdrug Store and asked for top up voucher, but shop assistant, without even looking at her computer , replayed: I don't think my computer can sell top up vouchers here.It sounded more like I won't serve you here!".Disgusting staff behaviour!"

Awful customer service. Watched a staff member follow an watch kids steal without doing anything. The older aged, female, short grey hair till operator had disgusting service. If you don't like your job, leave, don't take it out on another just trying to run errands in-between shifts. Refused my contact less card payment because I didn't tap it properly when she could've just put it through again. If I were in my nursing uniform doubt she'd of spoke to me the accusing way she did. It wasn't a security problem, it was a YOU problem. I'll remind my fellow nurses not to bother using this store. Only wanted some cotton pads. Ridiculous.

The cashier guy was really lovely, I didn’t get his name but he had a cool pink and blue dyed beard. Very great experience

Yesterday I've bought a fragrance here for 48 £. I used a tester to make my choice and showed it to a seller. She gave me a wrong one item. When I came home I discovered that it's a wrong one after opening a pack. Today I went to a shop and asked if they can change it. The administration refused it, because package was opened. As it turned out it's a policy of their company. It's good, but it also means that customer does not protected from the mistake from a stuff. Be careful when you buy fragrances here

Awful customer service by a woman called Joan. Was rude and unhelpful and would not allow my sister to sign up for a superdrug card even though another member of staff said she could. I've been to loads of superdrug but will not step foot into this one again due to Joan. Would advice all to use the one at the other end of the high street instead.
