Utterly useless and totally unproffesional receptionist constantly giving out ridiculous advice e.g. telling my housebound disabled mother that her prescription is waiting for her on the other side of town for her to collect!!!!Shocking and appalling doesn't come closeShould be zero stars but not allowed to by default!!!

I have NEVER been so disappointed in a service.A simple Return to work form cannot be completed in less than 3 weeks. All other employees in my company (who have decent doctor service) have turned these around in 2 days. Does this surgery think themselves above helping their patients???I’m still waiting - from 27th October.And, they do not appear to have anyone with the ability to answer emails either.What a complete shambles!

Went in and place was empty. Spoke to Polish receptionist to confirm I was there. Waited 10 minutes later than I needed to to see the nurse because she didn't tell her I arrived. She was too busy talking to another woman to be arsed. Nurse was good tho.

Phoning your GP to get advice or an appointment is absolutely impossible. You have to be free all day and keep trying. Please Teldoc, hire some more staff to cover your hotline!!!

This Doctors is completely useless, They are slow with appointments and very rude at the reception. I've been down to the doctors to get my tablets 3 times today and they keep telling me to go back down after 2pm to get them, so I did and when I got there they told me that they have been regected and i can't have them even though I have to have them weekly.

4 Year Old Child , two weeks calling with no appointment free with two inner ear infections, and bad chest and asthma , but so good they can see down his ear over the telephone to help !!! in three weeks time !!! When you walk in its empty !!!!! Striking and want a Payrise , then get some work done and see patients ....

Tel doc have been useless for year taking over all but a few surgeries and closing them down. But credit were it’s due, I was able to get a next day appointment,attend on time only a few minutes later and I was taking to the doctor, and made referrals great service. This just has to be maintained
