I took both my kids to try their food. It wasn’t bad I had a chicken & falafel platter. They are filled with too much lettuce. They charge extra for olives and jalapenos. Overall it was good

Not bad at all over, after all it is quite hyped in America. Definitely worth a try as it tastes fresh and flavoursome and very filling. Not sure how good it taste in the USA but sure tastes good in London.

The first time I tried after hearing so much about it I was very disappointed the staff seemed not that bothered plus the food was cold too much lettuce no tomatoes no onions. A pure waste of money. The meat was dry and cold I really think these guys need to think properly before they try and go forward otherwise they just won’t last. I won’t go back there again. Judging by the reviews I’ve read it already looks like it going downhill fast anyway.

Been here twice before but this time was a total disappointment.The tomatoes were off, I noticed they were extremely soft but then the smell hit me when I put it on my mouth. The rotten tomato juice went on the food next to it. There was nearly no more onions and instead of staff preparing it (I’m sure they could see it was running low), I was meet with is that okay, as if I had a choice - not really but I’m not going to argue over onion.For that price is embarrassing that you give customers gone off food and staff are too disorganised to prep properly.Can’t even get a refund as I travelled to get to you. Do better if food is off throw it away! What a shame!

I come here every week. Usually I get the sandwich or the vowlare tasty and of big portion. Also the fries are very good.Recommend for a quick lunch if you are around

Went with few of my friends on Friday, upon entering the person that was serving us didn’t look welcoming and asked if we can all order at once which seemed like obscured choice as we all were paying separately. As we ordered the 2 staff at the counter were laughing and giggling at each other about us and being unprofessional not sure if they had bad day or something. The woman kept rolling her eye and the guy proceeded to take off his gloves while doing our Oder and hand to the woman as if he was sick of us. Despite the awful service we payed for the food which was ok the chicken was dry and mushy seemed like it was there for a while and the food wasn’t even hot or room temperature it was just cold. But due to terrible staff the atmosphere was very uneasy and didn’t enjoy food how it should be enjoyed.

I always get either the beef gyro or the mixed gyro (chicken and beef) for a quick takeaway lunch. It’s only £6.99, so not bad if you want something tasty that you can eat quickly. Fair warning, the red sauce can be super hot so if you plan to add some, maybe don’t overdo it.The Halal Guys got popular in New York and serves decent halal food in a hot dog cart. Now they’ve expanded globally and it’s good we can have a taste of it in London.
