I had a unit for 1 year never missed a payment i left 5 months ago and still no return of deposit.They will remove you with only a months notice if they decide and do not have to justify as its a licence not lease i left for that reason as i cannot have that uncertainty hanging over my company.When i moved in the locks were hanging off the door but i would imagine the previous Tennant also paid a restoration charge.

I had a unit on here for 3 years and took a second unit on last year, during the winter I had severe issues with flooding (most of the site does) and also the access road to were my units were became barely passable so I enquired what could be done, 8 weeks later and countless promises broken the message was clear, pay up and shut up! so I did exactly that, 2 weeks later they emailed me and said they would not be renewing my license so basically shutting me down! flex space don't care, the site managers ignore emails, they do noting on way of repairs and can cancel anyones licence at anytime with out reason is what they told me, sayer all this they now keep half your deposit (1500 quid) for restoration fees but do nothing and I've now left and they refuse to answer emails or even provide me with a vat invoice for the fees which they are legally obliged. I Will be informing the vat man, so if your offered unit 109a don't expect to access it when it rains and they won't fix it!
