Left my car over to Alan today at 10:30am. I had an engine management light on and he Diagnosed the issue, collected the part and sorted it all within a day, picked car back up at 5pm the same day. Good customer service. Used multiple times over the years and always had good friendly customer service.

Left high and dry! My car was with Alan for a month and he fixed one issue and created a whole lot more. It was booked in this morning and Alan didn't show up at his workshop. He didn't answer my calls or respond to my text. He knew I needed the work completed today before the car goes in for MOT on Sunday.
