Big portions. Decent prices. Had better elsewhere but nothing was bad. Parmo needed seasoning, chips needed salt, pizza wanted to be crisper, donner could have been nicer.

Ordered a parmo with mushrooms and garlic butter and a chicken kebab at 1938, collected and was home for 2001. The parmo which didn't have the garlic butter on was cold, rang them to let them know and I overheared the woman on the phone accusing me of lying as she spoke to others at the shop. Disappointing to be honest, fortunately living in Redcar there's more takeaways than parking spaces.

We used to order from this place often and it was usually a good experience. However, the last 3 times, parts of the orders have been wrong and when returning it I have been argued with. In addition to this, the prices have become too much. Being charged individually for things such as salad and sauces on a kebab or donner pizza, is just ridiculous. I will not be returning again.

Used to be the best pizza shop in Redcar before Rashad left. Absolutely vile now. If you are lucky your pizza might spend more than 30 seconds in the oven. They have just received a 1* food hygiene rating and im not surprised. Such a shame, used to be nice. Avoid unless you want to be ill.Ordered this pizza, came within 20 minutes so cant complain about the delivery time, but this must have been cooked with a hairdryer or on the radiator. Awful.

Used to be the best pizza shop. Not sure what's going on. Parmo did not arrive with other food. Had to wait another 40 minutes for it. When it arrived it was like it had been in a car for an hour. No taste and undercooked. Chicken kebab under cooked tasteless Food disgusting. The only good thing from this is that it's put me off takeaways.

Been going to pronto for years but the last change of owners has changed my mind. Food has rapidly gone down hill. Ordered a pizza online went to collect they had a problem with the oven could blatantly see it was working so I said I'll leave it thanks as I couldn't wait. Then I was told they are doing it out the back and it'll be 5 mins... walked out the front and saw the guy from pronto going into roccos so obviously was going to get one from there lol

Its the worst parmo I've ever eaten in Redcar. The chicken base was undercooked and soggy as though it had just defrosted. I'm surprised I wasn't ill after eating a slice. The chips were reheated. Disgusting! Has put me off parmos altogether.

I've never had a bad meal from here. Been getting takeaways from here for a number of year's. Shame it's about 25 minutes away from where I live. Keep up the good work guy's. Your food is delicious
