I did use Dragoti for the first time a week a ago for a service from Italy to London and all went smooth has planned.Angelo is also very responsive when you have a question. I definitely use Dragoti again and I'm happy to recommend with no doubt.

E' stata una truffa, han preso i soldi del deposito per il ritiro e non sono mai venuti a ritirare la roba da trasportare.Mi han lasciata nei guai perché dovevo lasciare la casa vuota pochi giorni dopo il loro mancato ritiro.Contattarli e' del tutto inutile, non rispondono quasi mai e mentono quando lo fanno.

Esperienza da non ripetere. Ho richiesto che venissero a prendere due pacchi, mi dicono che per il prezzo era necessario pesarli e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere il giorno dopo, considerando che il camion sarebbe partito due giorni dopo. Da qui parte una totale mancanza di comunicazione, ho chiesto più volte notizie riguardo i miei pacchi, in modo da avere una ricevuta che attestasse che le mie cose erano state prese in consegna da loro e nulla. Telefonate a vuoto, messaggi senza risposta, mi viene detto che avevano fatto ritardo perchè dovevano andare a Brighton senza avermi avvisato minimamente che la partenza sarebbe ritardata. Un continuo di mancanza di comunicazione, con il driver che si permette anche di urlarmi al telefono e che mi ha praticamente forzata a stare di sabato sera al telefono con il suo manager.Preciso che io avevo specificato più e più volte che, avendo mia madre problemi di schiena, non può sollevare pesi e che quindi i pacchi dovevano NECESSARIAMENTE essere portati fin dentro casa (un piano). Vi risparmio la parte in cui hanno dovuto chiamare un secondo corriere perchè il loro camion si era rotto: specifico ancora di avvisare questo secondo corriere riguardo il portare i pacchi dentro casa.Morale della favola: i pacchi sono stati consegnati il 21 giugno, sono arrivati il 5 luglio e, ovviamente, mia madre ha dovuto salirli da sola.Quando ho fatto presente la cosa hanno avuto l'ardire di rispondermi Eh ma mica sono quintali
