We have hosted our equipment in a half-rack with VeloxServ for multiple years now after switching from a different colocation provider with lackluster service. This switch has proved to be one of the best business decisions we have made given both the cost-savings and the exceptional service. With their brand-new datacenter comes even-more resilience and a significant increase in bandwidth/peering, which we fully-leverage to provide our services. Their staff are incredibly friendly regardless of the time of day, and site access is never a problem. Having worked with VeloxServ and closely with Craig for almost a year, I can say with confidence that their customer service is 1st rate. The installation of our equipment into their Rackspace at Wolverhampton went smoothly and we were even lent cables that had not been delivered in time.We had to make a few visits to the data centre for system upgrades and have always been warmly greeted even at unfriendly hours of the day.I would strongly recommend Velox for rack space as they are professional, friendly and have a wealth of knowledge.

We have recently started Co-Location with Veloxserv and the customer service is just second to none.Craig and the team have been very helpful, friendly and great to talk to.The facility is brilliant, our server is nice and secure and running happy inside one of the shared racks.If you're looking for low price, high quality Co-Location, look no further - these are the guys to go with.Update after 2 months of service: Service has remained consistent and we've had absolutely no issues.

The entire team at VeloxServ has been absolutely fantastic and I can't recommended them enough. We started out with an old server found on Facebook marketplace and used VeloxServ for 1U colo and have now grown into half a rack and also a few additional U's at their Redditch DC and the service throughout the entire process has been fantastic even when we rocked up with an ancient server asking for only 1U we were treated the same as any other customer. I also have to mention their support which has been phenomenal and are always happy to answer my questions and also help me to grow as a business owner and help to expand my knowledge in the sector as I grow the company and expand my network. We've been using Veloxserv for just over 3 years now and they have been fantastic. The network is solid and we've never had any unexpected downtime. Great service. Recently got a full rack in their new Redditch location, dropped the equipment off and had the pleasure of meeting Craig and Luke both very friendly and professional.Our services have been online now for almost two months with VeloxServ and since then we have had 100% uptime with no issues at all.A few days ago I had something go wrong with one of my servers and needed remote hands out of work hours (Friday 7PM) and was able to get in contact with them instantly and they had the issue resolved within 2 hours.

Fully Recommend Craig & everyone at VeloxServ. We relocated our servers from another provider who was double the price and far less well setup & organised as VeloxServ. Technical assistance is great and I've had to pop down to the centre a few times and no time is a bad time. So glad they're close to home as this was really the main criteria, completely lucked out as Veloxserve happen to be brilliant.
