We've been working with Nationwide 365 FM LTD for approximately two years, There a fantastic company to work with, there customer service is spot on, there reliable, honest, friendly, and have great communication skills.They've actually helped us grow as a small business, We can only speak highly of them, that speaks volumes for the way they do business.There a transparent company, who do things the right way, which makes working for them an absolute pleasure. We will always come in and work along Nationwide 365 FM LTD when needed in our sector, and will always go the extra mile to make sure there customer are happy with all works.All the lady's we deal with in the office day to day, are super helpful and polite, Eugenie, Chloe, Dayna & Antonia all spot on, they know there stuff, and go out there way to help contractors and customers alikeI feel this in itself allow us (Contractors) to deliver to you (The customer), on time, every time, to higher than average expectations, as communications skills are every thing in property maintenance/business.We work for Nationwide on all types of works, from small jobs to larger more complexed projects, we find that Nationwide are easy to deal with, there a by the book type company, who don't cut corners, and thats the right way to do business.They pay us on time, try and get real value for there customers, they take pride in there business, and its refreshing to see.We currently work for around four facilities management companies across the West Midlands, but find Nationwide 365 FM LTD to have a more modern approach in the way they do things, there only ever a phone call away, if you're reading this review, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.If you're looking for a reliable, honest, professional, facilities management company to look after you're buildings, day or night, 365 days a year, you're at there right, we'd give them a 10 star review, never mind a 5 star if we could.Simon/Dave/Luke - Coventry City Glass
