AVOID if you have any small job that this company aren't interested in. Does not turn up when arranged or states that they will. We had a dining room light fitted and this worked when he left but around 6-8hrs later it stopped working and he did not return for weeks to fix this (so we were left with no light over the Christmas period)We were made to feel as we had done something to it to make it not work from the messages we recieved.We thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt so another light in the kitchen was fitted which worked fine. We then needed two bedroom pendant lights moving locations slightly prior to the rooms being replastered, they arrived and simply pushed the wires into the ceiling and said to plaster over them and that they would then return afterwards to move the locations and fit new lights.... this has never happened. They then said that they would come on a few dates then this changed to then saying they would come IF they could then provided a date that we could not do and then simply stopped replying to messages. This is following him saying in as many words that basically we should be able to find the wires and sort it ourselves. We needed the lights fitting ASAP as we had family due to stay. We have since been in the loft trying to find said wires to no avail and have had to organise another electrician to sort out this issue which has come at a lot larger cost than we anticipated due to this company.

I have worked with Steve on a professional level for almost a year now. Steve is very good in his field of expertise & will always help in an emergency. Recommended.
