Initial consultation went well, Dr Savundra was nice, however trying to get in contact with Doctor after this has been a very hard experience. Have emailed multiple times and also called to try and get a response but no luck at all. Told by receptionist that I would receive a response soon. It's been 8 weeks since the last response. Was promised a free follow up appointment after paying £300 for the first consultation, however have had no luck in booking this follow up suprisingly

This practice under new management has had some recent investment and improvements, all of the new ENT surgeons have the best reputations and the customer service is on another level, 5 stars and recommended to anyone needing help with an Ear, Nose or Throat related problem! keep up the good work

Receptionist keeps cutting me off. Been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks and I either get cut off or no one calls be back. Now going elsewhere.

Reception and treatment was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the specialist's attitude was passive aggressive towards the end.

I have now been under the care of ENT150 for 30 years, although my consultant retired and I have changed to another. The consultants take the time to discuss my ENT concerns and recommend potential courses of action, and are happy to answer any questions I may have. I have always had fabulous customer service and am very happy with the care I have had from 150ENT. Thank you.
