After 20+ years of moss build up we had to get something done. Ben came over quickly and gave us a quote and then he and his team came over the following week to do the job. They struggled with the weather and had to stop on the first day due to rain, on the next visit we had a freak snow storm. Third visit was a perfect day and they were able to finish. The end result was remarkable, they cleaned the roof, replaced broken tiles they came across and sorted out pointing issues. The roof has never looked this good. Highly recommended.

Gutters, fascia & soffits cleaned. Replaced a missing ridge tile on the roof. Prompt service at a cost I considered reasonable. I would use again.

My gutters needed to be cleared and conservatory cleaned, none of the areas has easy access. However a very thorough job was done and I would recommend Cherwell Maintenance, the service was prompt and the price was right.

Cherwell Maintenance came to do our house, cleaning the roof and gutters and flagging up any issues for us. We were very happy with the service, Ben communicated quickly with us throughout and the job was thorough and the roof looks great now. They were very tidy and cleared up all the moss afterwards. My Mum has also had a good experience with them too, highly recommended!

Ben reconnected a downpipe at the front of our house and repaired a gutter and unblocked a downpipe at the rear of the house. The job was slightly tricky as we have a 3-storey house but Ben managed to carry out the work quickly and to a really high standard.

I asked Ben to quote for a job for my mum. He turned up to give a quote exactly when he said he would, and sent me the quote the same evening. The job was weather dependent, but he fitted it in really quickly, which I was grateful for as I was concerned about the security of her roof once the winter sets in.My mum said that Ben and his team were friendly, and polite. I was contacted really promptly after filling in the enquiry form on the website. Ben was able to come and give me a quote really quickly and was bang on the time he said he would be there. It was also very good to have someone who was able to fit in with my working hours and come later in the evening. His quote was sent the same evening as promised. The work has been done to a really good standard and Ben was friendly and helpful throughout. The job got delayed part way through - in itself not necessarily an issue as these things happen - but communication at this point could have been better to keep me in the loop about when it would then be done. However, I would use Ben's company again.
