Absolutely butchered my film roll in their processing. Do not go here to develop film. I am new to the area and tried this store after years of developing film in other London stores. Never have I seen such terrible quality. The scans have completely ruined the film colour, leaning on a red hue for all of them; they took it upon themselves to not develop certain shots (terrible practice! it is not up to their discretion to decide if a picture should be scanned/printed or not when you've paid for it); and, most importantly, the grain is huge. It looks like it was scanned onto sandpaper. I'm so disappointed. I'm missing photos and the ones I have are terrible quality. I'm going to have to get these redeveloped elsewhere so am in the process of asking for a refund. Staff suggested they need to review my negatives" to see if the issue was on my end before giving me a refund - which is not fair considering there are several other reviews saying this place ruined their film development and I have been using the same roll and same camera for years with no prior issues. I really hope I get my refund because it wasn't cheap either. 50 pounds of film development that turned out garbage. Unacceptable."

I gave Snappy Snaps a 5 Star rating as the staff there could not be more helpful. On arrival I showed them the pictures that I had on my phone and the frames that I needed them to fit. They cropped the pictures to my liking, then printed them and then cut them to size - all for no extra charge! Excellent personal service.

Absolutely ridiculous !!! They charge £2 per page for printing documents for black and white and £3 per page for colour . Don’t use them ! Never again , absolutely unacceptable for such a simple service . Useless!

Ridiculous expensive and they rejected the photos at the embassy. Even I told the guy at the shop that photo was too white, he was trying to convince me that the photo was good and that’s the way they wanted it, almost made fun of me at the embassy when I told them. I don’t recommend it to anybody

Great service. Needed few pics for passport - suggested which will work and flexible for dimensions as well. Felt a bit expensive but not sure what going rate is for the photos, better to check once before placing order but that's on customer(me)

I give one star just because I can't give zero. Went there for passport photos today, the back light wasn't working but the employee took the photos anyway. The result was dark blurry photo that got rejected. I had to get a taxi, they took new photos which were slightly better but still blurry. I asked for a refund and the employee told me to go to another shop nearby and because it's a chain I'll get them free. Well, I had to pay again of course plus all the trips with the taxi. I wouldn't recommend them not only for passport photos but any type of photos. The employees failure to provide proper pictures or at least a refund for this mess is disappointing and disrespectful

I wanted a specific size of a photo print to fit in a triple photo frame.Very helpful and pleasant young professional

5 stars for staff. Super kind a polite. I have got my passport pictures in 10 minutes, the assistant was kind enough and was waiting for me, let me prepared myself for a picture, and got rid of all spots in my face I had. Highly recommend it!
