National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

This is one busy place but it's my go to place for great customer service and satisfaction. Despite massive organisational changes recently, and staff shortages, they know how to look after you. I got a good deal from Dan, who is the Manager, or joint Manager, for what I needed doing regarding my BMW. Got my Halfords and Blue Light Discount as well. I did my research first before choosing National Tyres and I am glad I did. Thanks guys.

Sent here last minute of the day from Halfords after checking the tyres I needed were in stock. Everyone really lovely and fast service. Saved the day with a long journey looming!

As a morning surprise I found a flat tyre on my car. Called them and they offered me to come around straight away. Waited just a short moment and after they looked at it they repaired it for a very competitive price. Great customer service and highly recommended. Thank you John.

Looks a bit run down but the staff are friendly and helpful. Only had wheel alignment done but they know what their doing.

I had a great experience today. I had been to Middleton tip (Ls10) in my estate car getting rid of the usual rubbish and pulled up into Asda car park. A lovely chap, ( I did not get his name but can be seen in the picture I took) pulled up in his National Tyres and Autocare van. He mentioned I had a flat tyre and would I like it pumping up, I replied yes and as he was pumping the tyre up it was plain to see the valve had gone. He said he could replace it, I thanked him and he spent the next few minutes removing my tyre and fitting a new valve. When I asked him how much he said’ no it’s free, it was only a valve and only took me five minutes’. I tried to give him some money but he just refused it.Throughout he was very polite and professional and just an absolutely lovely person. It really made my day. I would highly recommend National Tyres and Autocare.

I took the car in for a repair check at 8am by 4:30 I had no call so I called in and I was told it was next to be checked. At 5:40 I called again as I didn’t have a phone call. I was told to set off as my car would be ready. I live 30 mins away via the bus and wasn’t able to make it so I asked for a call back when the car was done for the issues it had and never received it. I turned up at 8am next day to pick up and it had a wheel cover missing. I asked about it and they said it wasn’t there. Which It clearly was on the car when I left it. (It was also left in the garage overnight so couldn’t have been tampered with by anyone else)Very poor customer service and was not very nice to speak to. Will never take my car back there again.

Had two Goodyear tyres fitted that I purchased through the website! John, the manager friendly as always. They cracked on with the job straight away. Top place, highly recommend!

I asked for a new tire fitting to my vehicle on the way home from work at 4 o’clock.I have called before and had the same attitude by the manager. I think he said no to me on both occasions his attitude is arrogant I will certainly not be using them ever again.

Don’t waste your money or your time. Wasted my whole day. No communication. Left my car for 4 news tyres at almost £600 and came back for it and it hadn’t moved. Why book appointments that you can’t honour. No apologies just ignorant Neanderthal, grunting, incoherent staff who couldn’t care less!
