Great customer service! We were kept updated throughout the delivery process and even were advised on the size pot (as the pot we ordered was too big for the plant). When we went with a smaller size delivery costs were waived! Thank you for a personal approach to customer service.

Great quality plant and super customer service. I ordered a ceanothus from Plant Drop after fretting over which statement plant I wanted to buy for a key spot in my garden. Their website is really easy to use and the presentation/photography really made it stand out from generic alternatives. The plant arrived within 24 hours, which was a nice surprise. Can't wait to see it bloom in spring.

I had a great experience using Plant Drop. From initial questions about the tree fern I wanted, right through to delivery. Their customer service was excellent, keeping me updated throughout and I'm very pleased with the quality of the fern delivered. I'd definitley use again!

I have been impressed by the quality of the plants I ordered from Plant Drop London. A bare root rose has survived horribly wet conditions and is looking fine. Also, I have lots of cheery anemones blooming all round the garden. Would certainly order from this company again.
