They are helpful if you need help with your CV, or writing a cover letter, for job applications.You can go in and use the computers free, but only for job seeking.It helps if you get a very helpful person though. I made sure that I made an appointment with a woman who was from another branch, who was very helpful to me.Although I think they are more interested in helping school leavers and students than the more mature" worker
