Awful!!The lady is extremely rude. I was looking for an ad hoc childminder for my son and arranged to meet with her. Unfortunately i couldnt go to the meeting and tried to contact her at the earliest opportunity to find she had blocked me. Called her by witholding my number and got through to her. She was rude about me not making the meeting (which I had a good reason for). I found her extremely rude, intolerable, unwilling to resolve conflict (I wasnt even aware there was one) and unprofessional by blocking me just because I didnt turn up to an initial meeting but having said that you give people the benefit of the doubt. I will be taking my complaint higher as she is certainly not fit enough to look after children with that attitude towards parents.Im a single mother and desperately trying to juggle work and home life with a toddler on my own and I rely completely on childminders as I have no family in the vicinity.This is a genuine review and NOT spam or hate.
