Sam's Chicken

Ordered via uber eats and couldn't eat any of the chicken as it was all pink and undercooked.Chips were stale too.Won't order from here again

Absolutely disgusting food and overpriced. Ordered a chicken burger meal and some wings. Burger was rock hard and had a bleach type smell coming from it, had one bite and threw it in the bin. The wings were very salty and oily. My advice - stick to more reputable brands on the road.

I was walking it to Chester's to grab some lunch for me and some others in the office. I was looking at the window display and thought I'd try the place out after being called in by the guy at the counter. I ordered the 4 loaded rice box and 12 chicken wings. I asked for 4 chilly meyo and was given 3 chilly sauce and no meyo. The wings tasted off and was cold, I thought it could have been the flavouring as it was the first time eating the food.I WAS WRONG, IT SENT ME STRAIGHT TO THE TOILET. IT MUST HAVE BEEN WINGS THEY SOLD ME FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE.The rice box was tasteless, cold and they cut up only 1 chicken strip into the box. All four boxes had uneven amount of food.The young tamil man at the counter would definitely remember who I am after reading this review and if not I was wearing a blue suit. I hope you fix your problems and have some better reviews from customers. It's a shame to see a new local business deliver such appalling food.

Found some hairs on my chicken rice my daughter ordered 2 chicken rice brought it and there was some hairs on both of the rice. Really disgusting and disappointed.

Wings are not bad, not super greasy, decent texture, however pricier than other locals.Burger was average at best, I think it's the chain of meat that is used by many shops - low quality meat, chewy, bun completely destroyed by the sauce.Chips - crispy, good texture, good temperature.

After long waiting lady took my ordered and I ordered fries box, she confirmed from me two three times but still gave me wrong box(rice) which was really tasteless. I went there first time but customer service was really poor and the taste is not good. Doesn’t look fresh. Wings were okay.

Great tasting food and so fresh. We usually get chicken burgers, wings and chicken pieces. Just one thing to management, we ordered twice in the last month and both times the burgers wasn’t warm enough.. please look into this. Thanks

Popped in today and was served by a lovely young girl at the front, very friendly and nice with amazing customer service. :)

Newly opened in seven kings.I've been to Sam's before at their other branches and it's always been pretty good. This one was a bit underwhelming though. The burger had no salt and the wings were so small. Chips were also very cardboard-like and stale.The place is a bit pricey compared to other shops in the area. Will give them another go since it is their first week opening and maybe they are still trying to work things out.
