Ordered flowers for my Mother-in-laws funeral, disappointed and very upset. The flowers in the angel fell out in the church leaving bare patch and the roses my father in law bought were dry and burnt on the edges. When phoned to complain the manager was very rude, she asked for email detailing the with complaints so she could look into it. Received reply with excuses and blaming the funeral directors.New owners and staff.Totally unprofessional and would NEVER use this florist again.

Ordered flowers over the phone and the staff member was so helpful. A beautiful box of flowers was delivered to my sister in law 2 hours later. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you.

As a special thank you to my partner I wanted that special bouquet. I spent £35 and wow the flowers were fantastic and worth every penny. Thank you so much I have gained lots of brownie points.

Ordered a £40 bouquet for my mum of white roses and a red one for 18th November (pancreatic cancer day and what would be my stepdads birthday) they were dumped on her door step despite her being in, she found them at 5.45pm battered by the weather, they died the next day. I phoned the manageress on the Friday, she said she would ring me back, didn't. I phoned Saturday and asked for them to be redelivered on Monday between 9-11am. No delivery happened. On phoning very angry and upset wanting a refund the manageress tried fobbing me off with excuses which I refused to accept, to which she then became belligerent. Absolutely discussing. Let's see if I get my refund.
