I dealt with Chris at Sycamores and he was ever so helpful from minute 1. From letting me having a look around the car to booking in for a test drive, valuing the car I had at the time to eventually driving away with the exact car I wanted. With it being my first car on finance he was very patient with me and went through every option possible trying to find the best solution. After purchasing a few minor issues arose with the car and Chris was so helpful in getting everything resolved which I couldn’t be any more thankful for. I can’t recommend buying a car from here enough, service was 10 out of 10. My next car will definitely be coming from here!!So I would to thank you again for making buying my car easy and stress free.

I normally use local independent garages rather than main dealers as there is no BMW garage local to us. However, due to a product recall I was forced to take my 3 series to Sycamore Stamford. The service was fantastic from the initial call to make the booking to collecting my vehicle.Richard was polite and courteous throughout and there was free coffee on arrival despite me being slightly early. They offered to wash my car for free although I needed to collect it early as well so I asked them not to. Vehicle was ready before the agreed time and, after a second free coffee I was ready to go. Quick chat with the sales team too about a car on the forecourt and they were also very good. Printed out a spec sheet on the vehicle for me to take away and no pressure selling.The icing on the cake was a video they sent me afterwards showing an inspection of my car's tyres, brakes, suspension, exhaust etc etc. Not experienced this before - brilliant.Really impressed and would definitely use them again despite the fairly long journey to get there.

Booked for an MOT for my Jag XKR originally but needed work doing to pass. Excellent customer service & good comunication from Richard & team and were very competitive for a main dealership as they made an effort to source the parts. Final bill was LESS than originally quoted. When did that last happen! Very pleased with the whole expererience. Highly recommended for any make of vehicle not just BMW.

Excellent garage. They recently repaired our MINI. Reasonably priced and very professional service. It's a shame (or maybe not) for them that BMWs have such a poor reliability record now compared with Japanese/Korean cars.

I’ve had really bad experiences with here and Peterborough. Very unhelpful. Take your vehicle to any other service dealership than here. The service department do not confirm details correctly, they cancel appointments and are unsupportive. I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled by their team and the third appointment I accidentally missed the day. 1 hour after the time I realised and they’re refusing to take my vehicle in. The service is not what you’d expect from a premium car seller and would put me off completely from buying a BMW again.

Booked my car in for full major service and Callum and his colleagues were all fantastic. Great customer service/car was beautifully cleaned (inside and out) and all were really lovely and polite. We've used Sycamore Stamford 4 times now and can't fault them at all! Well done.

Icalled up on Wednesday about a vehicle I was interested in, by Friday all the finance was signed & completed and on Saturday, I viewed, test drove and left with a new car!Thank you to Paul and his team at Sycamore, Stamford - you were all so great and a huge help with this!I’ll definitely be recommending you to family & friends!

On my way North on a business trip and had a flat tyre. Pulled into BMW and the guys were so helpful. Fortunately they had tyres in stock and despite their busy workload managed to sort out my car and get me back on the road. I even had a place to work whilst the repairs were carried out. Sometimes as a customer you can feel your just a number, but not with these guys. They were professional, helpful, courteous and as a result I’m now switching my on going servicing from my regular BMW dealer. Thanks guys.
