If I could give no stars I would. What a nightmare I’ve had with Frasers the past 6 months. So I bought my Kawasaki Z125 from them back in January. Everything went well in terms of purchasing but once I had purchased the bike. Which bear in mind was supposed to be mint condition i get the bike without any of the additional extras I was told it came with I.E heated grips aftermarket exhaust. The HUD is damaged and you can hardly see the screen. After numerous attempts to chase up my logbook (which never arrived) still never heard from them. Took my bike in today for a service. At my local trusted shop. Only to find out that when Frasers had devices the bike prior to sending it to me they had actually put a massive crack in the engine around the sump plug. When my shop have come to repair it it has opened the crack and they have had to weld it back together. Nothing but bad luck with this place I would definitely invest your money elsewhere

From start to finish all with in 3 day, I rang up, gave a idea of what I wanted, had the details of the bike, had a test ride, made a deal, was given a loan bike until mine was ready, new mot and service all with in 3 days!! Absolutely incredible service from frasers, but the credit will definitely go to luke in the sales team, what a superstar!! THE best and smooth customer service I could ever ask for, truly was going above and beyond in and out of work hours to help me and answer any question I had, will not be going anywhere els in future other than frasers. 10/10Thanks again all, luke you are a gem!!

They had an open day today so I thought I’d visit and see what they had as I’m looking for a new bike, or twoI was there at 2 pm, nothing going onNo welcome from the staffThe bar had close and leftA woman with cooked burgers for £6 or £8I looked round the bikes and scooters, some looked interesting but due to the lack of interest from the staff I’ll buy them from somewhere elseThe shop wasn’t busy either!If that’s there’s normal service I’d avoid this place and spend your cash elsewhere!Extremely dissapointed

Have bought and sold bikes for years, my experience at Frasers motorcycles was by far the best, every thing from the very fair p/x deal to the professional way all the paperwork was completed was impressive. Special thanks goes to Ed Aston in sales.Do not hesitate in using Frasers.

Excellent service with the help of Luke who pulled out all the stops to get me the new bike I wanted (Suzuki Burgman 400). They seem to be in short supply but Luke eventually found one.They gave me a very good trade in deal and I would certainly use them again although at 80yrs old I feel this may be my last bike, probably.

Brought a bike off of Luke, brilliant service, received a fair price for my bike. Overall brilliant to deal with and was kept updated through the whole transaction!Will definitely be back for my next one!

Service? What service?Bought a bike off then back in February, with the following issues.Back tyre keeps deflating need to pump up daily, kept phoning them up and they kept saying they will get back to me, which never happened. Took off the air box, there is mud and leaves in the air filter, the coolant system is very low with bubbles in it and none in the overflow, the coolant cap was also missing. The radiator looks like it was sprayed with a power washer which had deformed the front of it slightly.I’m not very happy and talking to other people I was told of similar stories.

Whilst giving my bike the once over before packing for a French road trip, I noticed that the RH fork seal had blown and I was due to leave in 4 hrs! A quick call to Frasers confirmed that they had the replacement parts in stock and they were able to fit me in at short notice, even though they were really busy. New seals fitted within few hours after the initial phone call to them!I cannot thank Neil and his team enough for pulling out all the stops to get me on the road, ready for my trip to France on the same day. Excellent service from a dedicated, customer focused team!
