Cannot recommend RLM enough. They have done a fantastic job at replacingall new windows at the front of our house, plus a new front door. The quality of the work and product is excellent and Ricky and the team have been a delight to work with. We got fitted earlier than planned which was a lovely bonus.

We can't rate RLM high enough. From the design advice through to the installation we couldn't ask for anything more. They replaced the glazed part of our conservatory and installed a solid roof. Whilst we're incredibly happy with the results but the process is what is worth calling out. It started with discussions with Ricky, and his brother David, about what the options were, the relative costs, etc. There was no pressure one way or another, or even to go with RLM.Fast forwarding to the installation, everyone who worked on the job was polite, professional and did their job well. With good people come come good results and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. During the build we were kept informed of what to expect, and the site was kept exceptionally tidy. At the end everything was checked and cleaned (to spotless) which was unexpected from experience with other companies.We wouldn't hesitate to use RLM agin!

We were in the market to replace almost 30 sash windows, doors and French doors. We had 2 goals - good fitters and good quality frames. We tried several firms before settling on RLM and their Legacy sash windows. Ricky was happy to discuss our requirements, pros and cons of different aspects of the windows, and to make recommendations of things we hadn’t considered. We felt no pressure at any point to sign up. Through the whole process RLM has been easy to work with and very diligent/honest.They fitted our windows last week and we are really pleased with the result. No hesitation to recommend them.

RLM have just completed an excellent job for us. The new back door is beautiful and much better quality than expected. No hassle and house left tidy with the old door taken away. New glass on another window changed and looks great. Ricky is lovely and helpful and gave pragmatic advice on what would be best for us. There were delays with the door coming in but this is due to the global situation and to be expected. Very pleased with the new door and would 100% recommend RLM windows. Price was fair and as expected for the work done.

We’ve just had RLM replace our conservatory windows and install a warm roof so that it becomes a more ‘year round’ facility. I have only good things to say about the company and would recommend them to anyone wanting new doors and/or windows. Karl and Ritchie were always on time, explaining what they were doing and patiently answered any questions that we had. They were joined by Ricki (the owner of the company) and David on the first day and worked through the drizzle having made the installation weatherproof. And they finished ahead of the projected timeframe.The photo shows the conservatory 30 minutes after they left with the plaster still drying. Highly recommended

Just had the team in from RLM this week, installing new windows throughout and a solid roof to our conservatory. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of their work and attitude. Polite, professional and cheerful, they worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived. House, furniture and floors all well protected and cleaned up every night before they left and all completed in 4 days. A small family business but big on quality, professionalism, price and customer care. We would certainly recommend Ricky and his team to anyone. 10 out of 10 guys!

Conservatory rebuild. Honestly 5 stars isn't enough!!! Stripped my old conservatory back replacing all the old windows and frames, building a stud wall and installing a pitched roof. This has totally transformed the room and made it into something that is able to be used all year round. From the very first meet right through to the work being completed, Ricky, David and the team have been amazing. The are very professional and as a family run business also make sure that along the way you are happy with the work being carried out. Even dealing with my last minute changes and adjustments. They are very polite and hard working. Very highly recommend
