AVOID!!! Absolutely awful experience!!! Extremely unhelpful, causing huge amount of stress and anxiety to customer! Due to their incompetent staff! I used Hanley for a mortgage for last 2 years at a fixed rate, however recently remortgaged to a new lender and they have included a future payment at Standard Variable Rate (SVR) which is not within specified Terms and Conditions of original agreement. Hugely distressing and no consideration to wellbeing of customers who just want to pay their mortgage within the agreed parameters!!
