Tim, swept the flue attached to my Morso log burner. He undertakes his work in a highly professional manner and is very knowledgeable. He provided me with excellent tips on how I might ensure my Morso runs efficiently, potentially reducing the rate at which logs burn.I would highly recommend Tim's service.

You might think a chimney sweep is a chimney sweep, after all we usually don’t actually see what they are doing. However, Tim is in a different league. He arrived promptly, did the job immaculately with no dust, checked the inside of the chimney and for CO alarm and even explained why our fire sometimes doesn’t draw. He’s a former fire service professional so definitely knows what he is doing. He’s in high demand and now I know why. Highly recommended.

Tim is very reliable and professional. He did an excellent job and cleared up after himself and left no trace that he had been here. He gave me advice on the condition of my wood burner as well. He provided a comprehensive certificate that stated he had cleaned the chimney and the wood burner was safe to use which was valid for a year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim.

Absolutely brilliant service - Phil from TP Chimney Sweeps came and offered a great chimney cleaning service. The fire looks like brand new. Very polite, efficient and very reasonably priced. Fire place is certified for another year - as requested by the home insurance company. Phil offered some great practical advice and was able to answer all of my questions completely. Will continue to use his great service next year.

Came recommended via a neighbour, Tim was very prompt (in fact an hour early!), Very helpful and thorough, our chimney had loads of tar which is not good and Tim was very insightful recommending we burn a tar reducing log to help remedy the issue … grateful for the info, would highly recommend and will be using Tim again.

Would highly recommend. Tim is such a friendly guy and had lots of useful advice and tips on how to get the most out of our log stove. He arrived on time and you would never know he had been - a very clean and tidy job! It was also interesting to see the before and after photos of the chimney. Will definitely be booking in again for our next sweep - thanks Tim!
