I booked over a week ago for one of my tyres to be changed and alignment to be done. I turned up at the time I was given, walked around and then turned up over an hour to pick it up and I got told, that it hadn't been changed as something else had come in before my car and was told another hour. So had to walk around for another hour and went to pick it up and it was just being done. When did it ever take over 2 hours for this job, not even a phone call to let me know anything and why is there a booking system when they don't stick to it. I did have other plans but had to cancel, I will not be using this place again.

Pre-booked my MOT. All done - in and out in under an hour, no trying to up-sale me anything. Today, had my tracking done, after a punishing drive from Somerset my steering wheel was crooked, booked in and tracking done perfectly, steering wheel now exactly level, very pleased.

Excellent service, always happy to give advice, comfy seating area with tellyand free coffee.Staff are always chatty, I don't go anywhere else.

Nice service. Receptionist lad on the ball with everything. 90 minutes for 4 tyres and alignment I consider it not bad at all timing. Will visit again

Would give a minus if I could.Avoid for MOT’sCar taken in by a local garage to this place, that only charge £25 for an MOT.They do advertise this on a voucher website too.Immediately my suspicions arose when I found this out and where the car had gone, I read lots of other unhappy client reviews too.The car they had, was perfectly road worthy and should have sailed through its mot.This place however, were overly harsh, stating faults that were completely unnecessary and with several advisory notes. When the car was returned to us, We immediately looked underneath for the ‘standard yellow’ marks that show the position of faults, there were none. I contacted the garage, it was clear that they would expect to do the work, that’s why it wasn’t marked. I took the car to a decent reputable garage that was recommended to us, and no surprise it sailed through.I would advise everyone to be cautious of using Protyre MoT service offer, it’s not worth the aggravation and hassle unless you have deep pockets.Ask a friend for a recommendation instead.
