I contacted Mark as I had an emergency situation in my work place. As soon as he realised the person that I support was vulnerable he went out of his way to help. He sorted the problem out within a couple of hours on the day I contacted him. He was so efficient and thorough that he came back a few weeks later to fit a new fuse box. I would strongly recommend him as he was so accommodating. Once he completed the work he has carried out safety checks and informed me about the new system.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Terrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.My advice If you do use Mark for anything, keep good records and get everything in writing. Do not leave him alone in your home, do not pay him for anything you haven't seen and find a suitable professional to check what's up to code afterwards.Update: Thanks for the quick response, I'm not saying a thing about other reviews, Im glad you don't make a habit of this sort of conduct. You know I'm a customer and how things were left, if you want to explain to anyone reading don't forget to include the dates and some pictures.

Very pleased with the excellent service from Mark. I asked him to fix a light in my kitchen, install a shaver socket and fix the extractor fan in my bathroom. All jobs have been completed to a very high standard and at a good price. Mark is very friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Mark was excellent in carrying out this job for my Mum. Friendly and professional he responded really quickly and did the job the same day. Also dealt really well with a few other jobs round the house which got sprung on him once he was there and was very accommodating. Did such a good job my mum has asked him to do future work. Mark has been extremely friendly and approachable throughout the job - to fix a cable to our power shower. For every visit he provided an accurate ETA, he talked through any issues he found so we could understand and confirm how we wished to proceed, and was very knowledgeable.
