Originally a Building company, the supply of materials was always a part of the business. This part increased in the 1970's when the current premises of Palmer's Bridge were developed, and the two businesses were separated in 1991.

Great place for all your building supplies. Good value and efficient. Even got my keys cut there in only a few minutes. Currently they serve you outside where it's safe. All very organised and didn't have to wait long.

Really friendly, really helpful. A little confusing being over 2 sites, but not a problem thanks to directions from the staff. We picked up some cob blocks and really appreciated the assistance given.

I'm an absolute noob when it comes to anything particularly 'handy'. However, the staff here were excellent; friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. I was able to tell them what I was trying to achieve, and what I thought I wanted. The staff were reassuring, and full of suggestions on how I might be able to achieve what I wanted while saving a bit of money. Fantastic service, I can't recommend this place enough for a DIYer.

Great builders merchant with good variety of materials. Don't work near Columpton very often. Saved me a couple of trips back to Exeter. Prices were ok for a 1 off.
