The Lounge Hairdressers

I have had my first haircut/blowdry here recommended by a good friend and OMG super amazing, beautiful and cosy salon, really nice staff, so welcoming and warm always have smile on their face.I had my hair styled by Bulent and he is number 1. This salon and stylist will be my forever hair-salon and stylist. Would never go anywhere else, highly recommend it.

I completely forgot to rate my experience at this salon but I would definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in kingston upon thames as they did my hair so well I got compliments from so many people, my friends, family and random strangers. They left my hair feeling fresh and healthy and the colour was exactly how I wanted it. They even recommended me what products to use to treat my hair as it is dry and the products were spot on. Thank you for your service, I will be back again. :)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I haven’t got the highlights I wanted,I show the hairdresser how I wanted he agreed on but heLied and use different hair colour (ash)I’ve paid 150£for highlights +olaplex treatment which I’m not sure if I got ,my hair is damage now and needs treatmentI attached a picture of my hair and this was the next day.DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE ,,good “REVIEWS ON HERE I AM JUST A HONEST PERSON. Update I’ve been call and visit them to ask them about the state of my hair, when I was trying to have a conversation with the woman and that skinny men both of them become were verbally aggressive towards me calling me liar and rude ,shouting at me and blaming that my Hair was damaged before (my hair looked way better) Probably no one else has ever told you in all this years that your services were bad THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Very happy with the way they handled my pre-schooler who doesn't like his haircut and hairdryers. They were quick and I was very happy with the outcome. I also had a hair cut there and was very happy with the result as well. Highly recommend this place. We will be going back for future haircuts!

Extremely disappointed. Where to start...I didn't get the hair/highlights colour I asked for and we had agreed on.I didn't get a haircut despite having paid for it as the new hair stylist asserted my length didn't need to be touched (he didn't say anything when I mentioned what I wanted on arrival). He only did a few layers on the side (my friends and I found that it looked quite strange).The blowdry wasn't impressive either.I do not work at the moment, it therefore represented a treat for me. I was left upset by the service and ended up paying more than the price I was given beforehand.

This was my first but definitely not last visit to the Lounge. Thank you so much to Luciano and the rest of the lovely team for giving me my best ever hair dressing experience. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Took my 7 year old daughter in today and was really impressed with the service. Natalie did such a good job on her troublesome hair and I cannot thank her enough! Would definitely recommend.

My husband had a late night haircut here, they are open until 9 on Thursdays. He had a really nice haircut. My 3 year old also had his haircut here and they did a great job.
