Went in to buy furniture. Was approached by a young lad named Adam who was extremely helpful and understanding, made sure i got everything I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this place!!! Look forward to coming back again.

Today I experienced the worst behaviour from the assistant manager (Ednan Hussain). No consideration for customer service and also very rude. Asked for help and he decided to walk off without any consideration. I am appalled and will be looking for a explanation of this behaviour from your employee Ednan Hussain otherwise I will have to escalate this matter and will look to take this further. I will 100% not be recommending this branch in Bradford to any of my friends or family.

Nice place for all your furniture needs, great friendly staff Naz, Adam and Ednan and his team. I will be purchasing from there more often

I Bought a bed in January this year 2023. The head board was muddy and had damage on delivery. Tried to resolve the matter with them and they promised to sort the problem out but the head office said I was harassing staff. I end up giving up without any solution. As off today before year ends the bed mattress is damaged and I was told its durable and best quality they have. Customer service very poor. I wouldn't recommend my family and friends to buy anything from them. Particularly Bradford branch.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Spent over £3000 pounds with this company on 3 x sofas and a footstool,the footstool was delivered damaged and a part missing from the leg.After various attempts to contact customer services and finally getting someone to respond their reply was to try Fix it yourselves.Delivery was a joke damaged walls trailed mud into the house (no shoe protectors on a muddy rainy day)never again!!!!Tried taking back to the shop in which we purchased did not want to know to the point in which the manager (I think)tried walking away when he noticed an item getting returned.Great service taking your money not so good when you have an issue!!!!!

Ednan the assistant manager was really helpful amazing customer service, knows exactly how to deal with customers, and explains everything. He genuinely cares!

recently called in to the forster Square branch and were met by Ednan Hussain who looked after us, he was very informative but not at all pushy (don't like pushy staff)..he couldn't have been nicer and still chatted after our purchase was made!
