We needed a mattress and didn't expect to have a most comprehensive description of mattresses we've ever had by a really helpful and friendly chap. The owner I think. Anyway after trying a couple of mattresses we decided on a perfect one for us. Paid a very reasonable price and delivery was within 2 days. Well worth a visit as they sell all sorts of furniture and bed.

Very professional, courteous and understanding. We had a problem (our own fault) and it was quickly resolved by Sue, who helped us choose the correct mattress. Sue was very patient and respectful with us and ensured we were happy with our final choice. Just like the good old days when excellent service and fair prices were the norm.Well done Bedrock!

We have been using bedrock for the last 6 years and have always found their service to be excellent, from sales to delivery to after sales. Would definitely recommend trying Bedrock before the big franchise chains

Went in on the off chance of buying a mattress. Malcolm was helpful and knowledgeable and 1 mattress purchased and delivered a week later. Excellent service would highly recommend. Also has lovely furniture upstairs so worth a look!

We were very lucky that they had the mattress we wanted in stock, and that the delivery van was on its way out... we'd chosen, paid for and had the mattress delivered in under an hour.Lots of beds and mattresses to choice from, helpful staff, excellent customer service.We would highly recommend Bedrock Beds!

I visited this store with my son who was looking for a bed due to moving into his own home. There are plenty of beds of differing designs, prices etc available and the prices are very competitive. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about his products. The store itself was very clean, well organised in the limited space with the bonus of being easy to find and having free on site parking.

Rather late in posting this review due to unexpected events. We purchased a bed from Bedrock back in April and are delighted with our purchase.From the moment we stepped through the door, right through to taking delivery, the service was exceptional. Staff so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was delivered quickly, assembled for us and all packing removed.I am looking forward to my next visit! They also sell other furniture and lovely home accessories.Highly recommended!!
