Avoid this company. I parked at the castle terrace site. The ticket blew out of my hand as I entered and they wouldn’t let me leave without paying £37. Awful. Apparently accidents aren’t allowed. Don’t park here. Avoid!

Car park is located in a rough neighbourhood, car got broken into. Windows smashed and took belongs.Don’t park here!

The worst car park in Edinburgh. By far. I have the unfortunate pleasure of using it every day for work.There is only 1 exit, so if there's a problem long queues form. It is not manned so all enquiries have to go to a call centre in India, and they only have a limited time to address your issue before they hang up, which makes the queue worse.The car park is also very unsafe. Do not leave anything at all in your car as the window will get smashed.There are homeless people that use this place daily. I have found human pheaces behind my car - and it never got cleaned up.The stairwells are used by junkies, they leave used needles, avoid them. Use the car ramps instead.Better yet avoid this place altogether, it's an absolute disgrace.I feel embarrassed that so many tourists will use this place.

Car park in the heart of Edinburgh, easy to locate and easy to park, it has lots of spaces, it is reasonably priced and walking distance to most of the attractions in Edinburgh.

Sufficiently spacious parking spaces. Discounted parking via Adagio hotel for several days. Big downside, it felt very unsafe, especially when we arrived as a family with two younger children and people were using drugs on the stairs. I didn't even dare to ask them to move to go to the payment machine and decided to search for the payment machine near the car exit. Visitor door should be locked using a parking ticket for entry but it was continuously open. NCP should really step up their security and maintenance in this car park.

Absolutely disgusting service. Please be careful parking your car here. My car got stolen. They can't tell me WHEN or HOW my car got out of the carpark. It shouldn't of been able to as I had ticket and QR code. I prepaid, so security checks could of been done rather than someone say they lost the ticket" (if that happened as they don't know how it left).Police advised there have been a number of issues recently so just be careful."

Horrible experience. The entrance door should be locked and only accessible with your parking ticket, instead the door was continuously open. A group of drug users were standing in front of the door, which caused a very unsafe feeling to go into the parking lot. When we arrived at our car there was a man, who had clearly used substances, trying to break in our car. We had to scream for him to get out the parking space. Never again!

Never park here at any cost. It is expensive. But worst at maintenance. Smells so bad. Really tricky space to drive down or drive up to either upper levels or lower levels. I ended up scratching my wheels although I was really slow and careful. Based on the price they charge for car parking I have no idea why they can't maintain the cleanliness.

What an awful experience avoid at all costs, its just not worth it! Not manned, no CCTV, car did not feel safe and after our 2 young sons opened the door to the stairway to a group of druggies we decided to move the car to a higher level. We took another set of stairs down to the ground only to open the door onto a group of druggies clearly injecting, they were apologetic but it was a scary experience for us all, especially knowing we had to go back in later we weren't sure what state we'd find the car in and whether we'd safely make it up to Level 8. There was another car park that was a little more expensive we'd have paid the price to feel safe! Seems a very run down area as druggies and alcoholics outside too, sadly never using this car park ever again!
