Devon is highly professional and perfectly understood my skill set as well as my career goals. She was helpful in forwarding my CV for a potential opportunity. So far is being a very good service.The only remark it was, for almost 3 weeks there was no information regarding my application. Vikki Bacchioni contacted me middle January 2019 – I wasn’t looking for a new role but what she sent peeked my interest….I started my new role March 19. I have not been through this process prior so was a totally new experience for me. I cannot recommend Vikki Highley enough, from the initial contact right through to the interview and the final stages of the contract being draw up she keeping me informed and updating where I was in the process. Elliot has been wonderful, everything that a recruiter should be.Unfortunately his colleague Jessica ruined everything with her moody behaviour.First strike was her telling me that she called multiple times. Big fat lie.I have also asked her to provide me with a phone number, which she failed to do so, and also failed to respond to my email, confirming the receipt. She has blatantly failed to do even the simplest task. This is the kind of recruiter who won't get back to you, leaving you wondering whether you got the job or not. She then got a hold of my phone number somehow, as I didn't provide it and decided to call me out of the blue whole I'm at work.Furthermore, because you work for me, I decide what information I give. She decided that I should tell her exactly what my wage is and I replied with what I want to be on (standard practice that any recruiter worth his salt will be satisfied with), yet she was adamant on the fact that the employer will find out what wage I am on anyway - not the point.Halfway through the convo, she decided that the employer isn't willing to give 28k, but 25k, after I told her what I want to be on.Absolute shame, shouldn't have gone into recruiting if you don't know how to do your job. This is why you get paid less. Another recruiter to cross off my list.
