Above and Beyond!!Leigh visited to provide us with a quote for the re-roofing and after 5 minutes of speaking with him we knew we wanted NCSA to carry out the works! He was confident about how he would carry out the works and the products he would use without being overbearing. I was thrilled when his quote matched the others we had been given! NCSA started work 3 weeks after they provided the quotation and its fair to say the job wasn't easy with lots of unexpected problems. NCSA dealt with them without fuss and quickly! They definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Leigh and his team were professional, hard working and friendly. Communication was excellent.I am really pleased with the new roofs, fascias, guttering etc and have asked Leigh to provide me with a quote for other work I want done.

The team are brilliant! I had new stairs fitted to a loft conversion in an old building therefore leigh and his team faced many challenges! Included asbestos (not ideal) but leigh quickly had a specialist out and they got back to work the following day without hesitation. The team overcome each challenge and there was a fyew!. I did feel sorry for the guys but I was also impressed on how it was handled. The finished result was better than I originally thought it would be. The boys are very polite and was on site early and made sure my home was clean when the day was over. Leigh kept me up to date every step of the way. Couldn't fault them. Definitely recommend

We would HIGHLY recommend 'ncsa contractors'. Reliable, excellent work, attention to detail and high standards. Effective communication systems between admin and customer. Leigh and his team have just completed a full renovation of my home. All aspects carried out, from the installation of RSJs and a new roof, right through to kitchen installation and external cladding. I can't praise this company enough, totally trustworthy, excellent value for money, good communication and first class results. Not a bad word to say, highly recommend.

Leaking roofLeigh attended promptly and returned when he agreed too.Located the leak and replaced broken tiles. Rained heavily that night and no leak.Very pleased.Would recommend

I contacted NCSA with a concern about about my roof. I had a very quick response and Leigh came out to assess my roof within hours. Leigh was very professiona and had my problem diagnosed within 10 mins. Luckily I didnt need a repair and the problem will be resolved by using the advise Leigh gave . Would recommend highly

We have a large house with a challenging roofline - steep, and also an attached garage that presents challenges for both scaffolders and fitters. The team worked diligently to ensure that new soffit, fascia, guttering etc. were fitted correctly and that some additional roofing work was performed. Where the underlying structure of the fascia was inadequate, the team removed the old structure and built a new structure for fitting the cladding correctly. The team are also very personable, hard working, and trustworthy. Scheduling of the materials was good, with supplies arriving on regularly and on time. The team also snagged the project regularly to ensure standards were maintained. Once the scaffolding was dropped, a few tiles were cracked (clay) as was expected because of the scaffolding board support placement. The guys came back, fitted new tiles at no extra cost. I would recommend NCSA to anyone wanting a quality end product. Thanks!
