The Accountancy Partnership have been excellent from the start. They have given us plenty of notice for upcoming deadlines. My accountant Laura has been a great help getting our accounts in order, offering advise and answering all of our questions. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend!

Started off using the accountancy partnership, with no real issues. Until my end of year returns we’re finalised. It wasn’t until this year that I realised there was big problems.Over 100k additional funds were meant to be in my account. Which had been filed, the second year was around 50k over what was in my account. Causing me to have huge corporation tax bills.I had questioned this a few months ago, this is still ongoing, I had to pay £800 as they said I needed to reconcile my books, to find the missing money. Or where the funds had gone.Turned out it was an error in the accounting software used, and showed incorrect year end figures.I was then told they couldn’t do anything for me until the invoice was paid, so I paid this amount.I am still waiting for the books to be filed, I have been told my accountant has left, and now have a new one assigned, I have message this accountant 4 times this week, urging them to file my books as I am receiving strike off warnings from companies house. They sent me the same books that was incorrect a few months ago.Have now sent me another set of books, that are incorrect, also.They have in the past sent me confidential information about other peoples companies (by mistake)I am literally at the end of my tether with this company now, I’ll be lodging a formal complaint tomorrow.I’d advise anyone to steer well clear, you will literally be just another number, no one cares.The amount of stress this has caused because people can’t do there jobs is beyond a joke.

100% recommend The Accountancy Partnership, my accountant Dean is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with, answering all my queries. The rest of the team are great. Pandle integration is really good. They have taken the stress out of the book keeping and accounting for my small Limited company.
