Can be very annoying when theres no cash in the cash machine as the general public use it and empty it.

Southampton Leo Leisure started off as enjoyable, however by not checking my winnings in the envelope until after I left the building, I found I was £10 short...I encouraged everyone to check their winning straight away.The other problem was the acoustics, or sound system, it was not always clear which numbers were being called, especially single numbers.The building is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful...well most of them!

Not a great experience I have to say. We are new to bingo and asked for help how to play. We received none, instead We were sold 105£ worth of booklets and not told which ones we were even playing. I’m not sure we even wanted half of the leaflet ones we wanted the main bingo games. We were only told which game would be first and second. Once we worked out which game, the caller simply could not be heard properly and sounded all muffled and quiet, too close to the mic and not clear.there were loads of games going on and broadcast that we didn’t realise were none of our games, If it wasn’t for the nice lady next to us we would have had no idea what was going on. We also had a 2 line complete in one of the games and shouted yes but maybe not load enough and it was so quick 2 numbers went by and we couldn’t even get the winnings in the end so frustrating.Bingo itself is actually fun I just wish instructions were clear and helpful.

Lovely place very well decorated and good food for the price

Nicely decorated and good prize money. Staff could be a little more cheerful.

Very nice bingo hall plenty to do.
