Absolutely useless. They do not support vulnerable children well and when you phone you get no answer. I am shocked they have this contact with Birmingham City Council.

Why is this guy driving around vulnerable people ??????? This man hit the front of my car leaving huge scratches and then had the nerve to deny it I’m sorry where did the scratches come from then????? I can see another review complaining about his driving. Not only is he a danger to other road users but also to the vulnerable kids he is driving around.

I've applied for part time psv driving job with hats transport company. I. Been driving over 20 years experience in driving coaches all over uk and driving buses. I have license categories. D. D1. d1E. Hgv class 1. . Was called by hats company by a lady. She asked me have you done psv course. I was confused what is she talking about. She couldn't explain what psv course I need to do before I get the driving position with hats company . Their don't have a clue what they talking about. .LOL

Dangerous drivers, constantly trying to beat traffic and cutting people up. No way I would want my child driven to school by these nutters!!

Horrendous driving from one of your guys. Maybe let him know that the van he drives is covered in company branding if he doesn’t have the brain cells to work out out himself. Cutting people up and just generally pushing in in queues today by the QE Hospital in Birmingham. 14.40pm on 8th September. Absolute clown.
