This parking facility is not what it seems. Who ever is the organiser, they definitely conning people. Even though I paid for my stay, I still recieved parking ticket.

Waste of time and money. Went for Aldi and cost me £60 the PcN, I’ve paid £1 because I didn’t know how long I’ve stayed and still get a PCN for it. Sham on them , don’t go on any of the stores or dental places in there just because of this parking problem!!!! RIPPED OFF

Stay away from this parking, The parking sign was really hard to see in the dark. If you are gonna charge people for parking why not just stop people when they are coming in and pay first. Complete garbage parking.

Take a photo of your paper ticket. They tried to fine me even though I'd paid. PCNs are issued by post rather than attached to the car windscreen so you may not have kept your paper ticket to prove it.

I will rate it far below 1 star.I paid via machine and displayed my paper ticket on my car that day, but they tried to fine me even though I'd paid. PCN is issued by post 10 days later. It is ridiculous and I suspect they do it in purpose rather than by error, coz i found many people share the same problems in the comments below.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was issues a PCN for taking longer than 10 minutes to pay despite full payment being made. Their card payment method was out of service and phone lines down so it took a little longer as expected. Predatory approach to parking enforcement. Disgusting company.

Paid my parking ticket and displayed at the front. Still got my PCN ticket after 10 days of my parking. Noticed that several people had the same issue at this place, definitely going to appeal, complain and report to the relevant regulators. This is totally robbery!!!!!!!!!

Try to avoid this parking, their parking machine never works properly, even if you pay for parking they will issue you a pcn for taking longer then 10 minutes to pay for parking. If you appeal they wont accept it and will still give you penalty
