Westbury Vets

I came to Westbury Veterinary Centre after my Mothers cat unexpectedly became ill. The staff here were so lovely, really calmed me down and put me at ease. (I was terrified that something was going to happen to her beloved cat on my watch!) Everyone from the receptionist to the vet went out of their way to help me, thankfully Minnie (the cat) is now completely recovered and back outside stalking the birds. Thanks. I will be back!

Very friendly service and the vets are really good at there job

As always good advice given.The very next day my puppies symptoms started to improve.I was given reassurance always good when your feeling anxious and not sure what to do.

The actual vets are very good with my cat but when you ring up for a appointment the receptionist is very rude this is the second time this has happened and this is the same person I spoke to, first time trying to tell me what medication my cat was on which was wrong trying to make me feel like an idiot which I'm not ,now trying to tell me that my cat's illness isn't life threating which it is .so now I'm downgrading your stars.i would like to upgrade the vets but only for the receptionist at Westbury vets and the lovely vet that I saw I think her name was Sharon I do apologize if I got your name wrong but thank you very much for all your kindness at the most difficult time. Of my life. .she was absolutely brilliant with my cat smudge who has now passed away. I've been to other vets and they are the best.so I like to say thank you again.
