From start to finish, YEC were amazing. So helpful and kind throughout the process. The casket was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. The team made an awful situation just a little bit easier for me :)

I dealt with Steph at the beginning of the year with my boy. She was so professional and understanding having gone through this herself. She was very patient with me and even suggested I have some jewellery made with my boys hair. Steph a Vicky took great care of my old boy. He couldn't have gonetoz better place. The gasket was beautiful I was expecting a cheap box but it was solid good quality. Worth every penny. I would always recommend them. Fantastic service all round.

Amazing individual and compassionate service. Contacted at 9pm on a Sunday evening - arrived within 90 minutes to collect. Casket returned promptly together with shoes and plaited tail. Made an awful situation so much more bearable. Brilliant communication all the way through. These are horsey people at heart who understand what you want and we highly recommend.
