Seen a lot of reviews about maneuvering but was able to reverse park an estate car and get around with no issues.Points off because one of the ticket machines is broken so had to call and have an employee direct me to a different one.

This place has a trap while exiting. A very sharp abrupt part of the side that sticks out. It slashed our tire! Very tight and really stupid placement. Just find another parking nearby. I am gonna go back there again and take a picture of the sharp thing that slashed the tire.

Parked here over the weekend, easy enough to find and near the Hilton where we were staying. Very tight inside you may have to reverse to be able to turn corners properly. Went to pay on the machine and it took the ticket, the card payment got denied numerous times when I had the money in the account, rang them using the machine and was given an email address to contact to pay. I emailed to get it bounced back as the email address does not exist! I looked on the website and there is no way to pay online, managed to find an email completely different from the wrong one that they gave me so I emailed that. I got an instant reply stating they will reply to me within 14 days when I only had 48 hours to pay for the parking with no way of actually paying!Absolute joke, clearly doing this on purpose so that you have to pay a fine!Would not bother parking here, I guarantee my £31 payment is going to be a lot more now as I'll be fined as well as this but I will be contesting it.

I would give zero stars but google wont let me post with zero so reluctantly I'm adding 1 star.I paid for my £6.00 parking ticket with a £20 note. I was issued with £1.00 change (2x50p), my ticket, a receipt and then the machine went out of service!!!!I called the telephone number posted on the machine to inform him that that I was short changed £13.00 and the gentleman was less than helpful and proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do to help except to give me an email address to ask for my change!!! I sent an email with photos and dates and to date have not received a reply. I checked online for phone numbers and after calling those numbers only received recorded messages suggesting I try emailing (!!!!) or use the chat system online. However the chat system online is automated and does not deal with issues such as being short changed!!! This company is a joke and I now intend to escalate this and contact the BPA ombudsman to see if they can get me my £13 change. Avoid this parking place and avoid any parking places run by this company!

See the updated price list. Car park is okay for manoeuvrability. Could do with some additional signage for pedestrian exit as not clear. Found lift exit, which is handy if carrying goods. Prices are what you would expect for Edinburgh.

Good parking space and easy to access. 15 min walking distance to Edinburgh Castle. Even as they adjusted the prices, it is still affordable in comparison to other car parks.

What a very strange car park.Had a heavy suitcase that I needed to take to my hotel and so thought, why not use the lift. Lift fine, but then on pushing the green button to exit the car park, the door wouldn't open, so trapped!! Eventually got out after going back down in the lift and finding a staircase. Had to drag a very heavy case then up three flights of stairs.Next day returned to my car and thought I would use the same set of stairs, only to find this time that a gate had been left locked across them stopping me getting in. Only way I could get in was therefore via the car entrance which says 'No pedestrians allowed'. This car park is shambolic.Once your car is in, make sure you park in a red bay, even though all the others are empty!! And watch out for the tight turn at the entrance and the narrow gap as you exit.

Absolutely no issues parking here for 4 nights while staying at The Moxy Hotel. Card was accepted at machine and had no issues whatsoever.

Visited on a Friday afternoon, had lots of free spaces. Reasonably priced for area. Could do with more signage as it's a ittle difficult to find on foot.

I wouldn't recommend parking here. I entered the parking lot and went out after a while of not finding a spot but still was requested to pay 3GBP. I tried using my wife's and I credit cards but they both didn't work. Then I went to the gate and called the service to explained to him the issue - That I'm not a local and the credit cards didn't work. I asked him to open the gate and let me out but the guy demanded me to pay. i was there for 20 minutes trying to get out ... Finally a nice local guy came to help me after I explained the issue and nicely offered to pay the 3GBP. Thanks to him I managed to get out after being trapped for 45min.
