Popped in today after not having the best service from Hbeauty! Was welcomed by all staff and spoke to Sev who was very supportive and had great energy. She spent time explaining the products and answered all of my questions. Would definitely come back in again!

Fantastic service, everyone in the shop was so welcoming and helpful, Gavin specifically served us and spent time with me explaining techniques and best products and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. I could tell he just wanted to get the best products for what I needed. I will definitely be going back.

i actually really like this shop however one of the workers was quite rude to me and my friends. i used a tester on my hand and one of the workers asked me if it would be okay if i only used the testers that i would be considering buying. i was polite and understanding. as i left the shop, i overheard that same worker talking to one of her coworkers about my ‘horrible attitude’ and how i gave her a dirty look. i don’t really know how i offended this woman but for her to talk about me while i can still hear what she was saying is rude. her overall attitude towards me was quite unpleasant and this is now discouraging me from shopping here again.

Waited for ages to pay for one product. Staff member was very rude refused to serve as I hadnt followed queuing system which wasnt signposted or obvious. Very confusing. I was the only person waiting with another woman leaning on counter speaking to someone. My teen daughter was testing products and she felt she was being watched. Horrible experience wont return to store in future.

The best shopping experience I've had in some time. No hard-sell or preconceptions about what would suit me, which made me feel comfortable and genuinely enjoy myself (and resulted in me spending more in person than I otherwise might have). Lovely conversation and surprisingly fun. Thank you to Jane and the friendly & helpful gentleman whose name I'm afraid I didn't get. I will certainly be back!

Visited the St James Quarter store today and had great service. Was looking for some eyeshadow advice and the assistant (sorry didn't get his name) was great! showed the kind of colours he thought would work for me and no hard sell. Definitely recommend!

Came into today and Sev was so lovely, she took her time explaining all of the products to me. I felt listened to and my needs were understood which is quite rare in retail these days. I love my new pieces and I will be back soon for some perfume!
