Thorough initial consultation followed by a professional effort to address our heating issues including new boiler, radiators and sorting out our underfloor heating.Finished work product is very good. Installers were polite and obviously knew what they were doing. Fully recommend these guys for a proper job done.

In September, I asked for a quote for underfloor heating, new heating system & new radiators upstairs. This is a big job.On the 1st October, Gareth promised to reply ASAP. Now, almost 3 months later.... nothing. In early December, I phoned them and was just given excuses why they were so busy.... but a reply would be given soon. It never happened. If I cannot get a quote out of them for over £15,000.00 worth of business, how could I trust them to do the job. This was a shame as they were recommended by a past customer. A person who said, based on my experience, would not use them again
