Roy provided a first class service. He removed wall panels from our bathroom walls and replaced with tiles. His attention to detail was excellent. He did everything we wanted to a very high standard and he coordinated all aspects of the job really well. We were very impressed by his work ethic he put in all the necessary hours until the job was finished including working during the weekend. I would highly recommend him. He was very friendly and approachable. He cleaned up every time he came. His price for the job was very reasonable especially for the high standard of workmanship. A very knowledgeable and responsive professional with fantastic skills to install tiles so precisely it’s outstanding. Roy was a good listener and made sure we had the right shade of brown grout between our ceramic tiles, added tiled skirting in the utility room, adjusted the door hight to ensure a perfect fit, and finished the edges to perfection. He tiled nearly 35m2 of kitchen and utility room flooring with varying surfaces and was very knowledgeable about preparation, levelling them and types of products he needed for every step to ensure durability of the tiled flooring. He patiently explained and discussed with us what he was doing and how. He is always very polite and respectful. We would definitely recommend him.

Roy has just completed a large tiling project of around 90 sq metres. Throughout he was a pleasure to deal with, offering some expert advice due to our under floor heating system, and keeping us updated as to progress.
