I can't speak highly enough of Tasha's massage skills. The whole experience was just excellent, targeted therapy which has instantly improved my frozen shoulder recovery and such a genuinely friendly & caring person. I will be back for sure.

I was severely in pain with my back and desperate. As someone who was dubious about massage, and if it actually works, I decided to try it. Tasha took the time to listen and involve me in the plan of what treatments were best for my underlying issues. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have had a number of sessions with Tasha over the last few months including cupping and sports massage - with a programme of stretches to do between sessions and would highly recommend her.

Easy online booking system with a simple form to fill in prior to explain symptoms. Easy to park. Nice treatment room with good relaxing music. Fantastic intense massage that worked on all my problem areas, Roks is clearly a pro. Will be going back definitely.

I had such a wonderful deep tissue message from Tasha, she asked loads of questions, it wasn't painful at all but really got to the places that needed work. I left feeling better and so relaxed, would 1000% recommend her, can't wait to come again.
