Absolutely superb alteration on a new blouse sleeve .. not just straight forward shortening ! So pleased. Always use All Sew … professional and affordable! Would only go here for any alterations … from easy to difficult…. You always feel confident of success. Highly recommended.

Just wanted a dress taken up - very straight forward. I ended up having to visit about 3/4 times. First they took the dress but didn't have time to measure so I had to go back - this happened twice... So they had my dress for weeks doing nothing. Eventually when they could measure I instructed I wanted to just below the knee - took so long to instruct her and she kept doing it longer.... Finally we got it right.... Or so I thought!!!when i collected the dress it was way longer than instructed and now I can't even wear it as it's such a weird length.... And was charged £45!!! The woman doing the work wasn't even there to fit the finished dress or complain. This woman is beyond rude so I didn't even want to go back to complain - she's horrible to customers. Never go here!

Can’t fault their work but their customer service is non-existent. Both times, first taking a few pairs of trousers in and then picking them up, I was quite uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to. They refused to alter one garment telling me it fit - ok, but it doesn’t fit how and where I’d like it to!? If you’re willing to look past the service I think the work is good, but I have spotted another alteration shop just up the way that I will be trying before returning here…

The lady in the shop is very talented and very nice. She works quickly on things and does it perfectly, she also charges low prices for high quality work. Simply amazing.The man at the shop has great customer service and is very friendly and easy to talk to.Wonderful shop I definitely recommend it

I took in a coat to get a new zip. The lady explained that she was going to replace it with a different type of zip (I wasn't aware there were different types). She checked the colour (black) would be okay as previous zip was grey. Very thorough. I also took in another coat which had come apart at the seams. She fixed it straight away and I collected it after about half an hour. Very pleasant experience and I shall be taking in some more clothes which have been needing repairs for ages. Would definitely recommend going there if you need any clothes repaired. Good value for money, and lovely lady, too.

Professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced.Blown away by the outstanding turn arround of my evening gown alteration and a dress that needed sewing/repairing.They are both very busy ladys however really took their time with me and my 1st fitting.I took my garments in on the Tuesday they were ready for collection on the Friday.Had the final fitting and the dress looked perfect.Thank you again!
