I went here for tailoring of my oversized hoodie’s sleeves, and I had been turned away by many tailors in the past as it was too complicated. Fortunately, the owner is very talented and did exactly as I had asked and really put time and effort with his skills and completed the job very rapidly. Really happy with the service. Thank you!

Coming from the Crosby Row side, it looks like just a professional laundry service, but on the other side of the entrance there's a coin launderette and that's what I was looking for. The man who works here is really friendly and helpful, I was quite lost with coins and everything as I had just arrived in the UK but he was very patient and helpful. You can grab a falafel wrap or a drink from the shop next door while you wait for your washing and drying to finish, which is quite nice to make the time go by quicker!

As a traveler from the USA I was honestly a bit intimidated but the owner could not be more gracious. Explained everything, got the machines going for me, explained the eccentricities of the machines...just a very nice and helpful person. The price seemed more than fair, £14 total for a huge washer, dryer and detergent...cannot recommend this place more.

Bill did an incredible job with a very beaten-up dress — he completely saved the garment for me.More generally, I’ve been coming here for the better part of the year and have been consistently impressed with the care and quality with which clothes are treated. I strongly recommend coming here to anyone in the neighborhood.

Absolutely amazing service — I really did not think the items I brought could be cleaned and somehow Bill performed a miracle. This is a really professional and expert operation. Before this I thought all dry cleaning was the same. Not so! I am sooooo happy and highly recommend this service!!!!

Amazing every single time.they work miracles! Most recently had suitcase travelling from NYC- London and something leaked onto the case and through the zip, onto a cream linen suit. Had no idea what the stain was but it was everywhere. 2 days later it was PRISTINE again. The only place I trust with my pieces. Amazing.

Best dry cleaning service! I brought this red coat plus another red coat and a black dress in. Both coats were very dirty and in need of a good cleaning and both were returned to me looking like new. His care and knowledge is second to none.

Simply not great. Was charged £40 to dry cleaner just one puffer jacket, which ultimately still had the same stains that I sent the jacket with.
