I wouldn't use this company Drivers not professional Got a video of one of their buses endangering people by being in the outside lane (3rd Lane) of a road which is illegal video being sent to Police

Very rude, didnt even listen when I called

Massively disappointed with this company and the management team after coach turned up 75 minutes late for a coach trip last weekend. The manager (over the phone) said he instructed the drivers to pick up at a time that was 15 minutes later than was agreed by the trip organizers and still the drivers arrived at the pick up point ONE HOUR LATER than the instructed time. Elderly people, disabled people and children standing around waiting for 75 minutes with no apology from the driver who insisted that he was on time (according to a hand- written scribble on a piece of paper)! Unprofessional and inefficient! I will never use this coach company for any trips I organize!

Worse coach journey ever. Driver refuses to put air conditioning when the country is on a red alert during a heat wave. Coach full of pensioners, old ladies and children. No regard for health and safety. Rude as can be when asked to put aircon.

Was charging £200 more than what I paid for an executive coach to Coventry for my association travelled in comfort with Anderson
