Just looking at my photos from fantastic trip to Canada and Alaska, booked by Susan Downie at Mondial Travel UK. Susan responded quickly to the couple of queries we had about aspects of the holiday. All paperwork (itineraries, tickets etc) were sent out well in advance and updated copies sent when the tour company made changes to our itinerary. Thanks Susan - will definitely book through you again!

Susan organised a brilliant trip to the USA for us. Actually, she did it twice, the first one being to the West Coast had to be cancelled due to COVID. It was rearranged for the East Coast, and it was fabulous. Susan could not have been more helpful, and accommodating since we kept making changes. Thoroughly recommend Mondale Travel, and will certainly use again.

Because of the particular journey we were planning, we really didn't offer Susan any worthwhile bookings at all. Despite that, Susan was wonderfully helpful, patient and professional; she couldn't do enough to ensure that our needs were all met. In the end the only business we could put her way was two one-night stays in Delhi, but Susan happily booked those for us.And then along came Covid-19 and our entire trip was cancelled. Susan's concern and commitment shone through. Without any sign of resentment or frustration, she set about recovering the payments we had made and returning them to us. She is a shining example of professionalism and we would commend her service to anyone.

Susan booked a wonderful holiday for us this summer. The whole process was really straightforward, we had left it a bit too late to book our first choice location on the budget we had, but we were provided with suggestions which proved even better. Communication is great, so we had everything we needed before we even thought to ask. Our family had a wonderful time in Italy and I would recommend Mondial Travel to anyone.

Susan at Mondial Travel organised our recent trip to Lapland for me and my children. We had a fabulous time and Susan took all the stress away from this once in a lifetime trip. She kept in contact as to when payments needed to be made and any extra details which needed to be submitted. Any vouchers or booking details were sent in good time. Susan has now arranged 2 holidays for me, one skiing and the latest was a trip travelling around Scotland in a camper. Both trips were planned meticulously and I would highly recommend her services to you.

Susan helped us with our honeymoon. All we knew was that we wanted to visit Scotland. Susan spent time going through options of the different areas we could visit and what we wanted from our trip. Susan at Mondial Travel was brilliant, from booking my holiday, managing its cancellation because of the current Covid-19 pandemic, right through to negotiating a deposit refund and additional (welcome) credit note from Inghams. She spent a lot of time before making my holiday booking, checking in with me regularly and following up on everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Susan was professional, clear and proactive in both her approach and communications (with me and with Inghams on my behalf), and took time to understand my needs. Another wonderful holiday thanks to Mondial Travel. We booked a trip to Iseo on Lake Iseo in Italy, staying in the Iseolago Hotel for 11 nights. Amazing scenery and beautiful area to visit. Iseo is in an ideal location with many restaurants, access to ferries on the Lake and the train station. A short private transfer from Bergamo Airport. Susan at Mondial was very efficient and helpful in booking, would definitely recommend for peace of mind.
