Having struggled with an issue for several days, Jerry responded to my dilemma with patience and understanding. Jerry is very experienced and knows what he is talking about. My computer was a goner unfortunately but he spent some time finding what was wrong with it and then didn’t charge me when he couldn’t offer me a fix. Great service from a real gent. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Jerry managed to retrieve several years worth of photographs off an old phone, laptop and tablet - all broken and no longer useable. The photos are now stored in one place and backed up and I have been able to get rid of all the old kit. Some assistance with Zoom presentations next ....

We were more than happy with the service and advice provided by Stroud Computers. We had big problems with our MacBook which were quickly sorted at a reasonable price. I would recommend SC for any computer problems you have. Also we got a specification for the upgrade of our desktop.Great service!
