Every time I got the good &nice service ,I been last 3yrs onwards comingBut last night on Tuesday 7/2/2023 early morning 6 o'clock very very very bad , disgusting experience I got with bladdy young lad around,They way of he showing the attitude is worst I HV ever been ,The first thing came in my mind HV to stop coming for Esso ed station,

I visited the garage on a match day and the lady working there was ever so kind in filling my flask with boiling water in readiness for my drive back down to London. Very generous staff and really appreciated by me. Shop is well stocked with everything you need from a visit to the petrol station

Great for stopping by to get petrol and the air pump is cheaper than some places. Plus nectar points. I would prefer if they had a car wash.

Use the garage every day for my paper and pick up odds and ends but people should realise they do not sell alcohol but taxi drivers are always bringing people to buy alcohol so please remember they don't sell booze

A city centre regular stop. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. Pumps usually busy so be aware near by parking can be tricky. Avoid the U-turn or the other prohibitions ... The Geordie police are fairly switched on.Surrounding area... Some low level dealing and acquisitive crime. I.e. normal for a city!

The Most Unproffesional Petrol Station ive been too. Staff swear in shop when talking to each other etc i never like going to this petrol station always something dodgy happening cant just fill up and take of peacefully was on 5 miles on fuel no choice everytime i come here the staff are not like other places these are like chavs who live in the block of flats next door. Dont bother going here keep rating these 1 star Shell is much better expecially for that location in Town. BP or Shell. (10:50pm 28/5/2018).
